What's the hardest thing about writing, and why are titles the Worst™?

First of all; liar, titles are the best part.

But honestly starting & finishing. Which I know sounds not great for a writer, and it is.

same re: titles, i love them. usually i come up with a cool title and summary first and then have to figure out how the story falls in around it.

starting is easy for me but finishing is a bitch. there's insane number of half-done WIPs in my gdocs and it's actually gotten pretty frustrating for me that i don't know how to improve that skill... maybe one day i'll figure it out and be able to drop into a post like this with advice, lol.

Honestly same with how I come up with stories. Either that or it is that One Moment(TM) I wanna fit in somehow. I also get how you feel about drafts lmao. I haven't gotten insane yet with my drafts, but it's only a matter of time U_U

Same, starting and finishing is the worst. I can outline and outline and outline, but when it comes time to putting words on the page my brain just lags.

My titles are mostly stolen song lyrics or phrases that came to me randomly. I usually hope people just don't pay that much attention to them ha.

I feel you on the outline thing, like it does help me, but mostly into actually getting a better vision of what I wanna write.

I same fair on the titles; some of my title ideas I want to use are also stolen lyrics or stolen bits of poetry / quotes.

Your Name Is A Golden Bell Hung In My Heart is the only I've actually posted. But the title of the series is an altered Undertale quote. But I actually have a list of titles I wanna use ^_^' it's gonna be a while before I use all the titles.
