How To Make Icons*? Help??

abyssal_sylphTo clarify; I do have a method for creating icons that I'm happy with. But I've thought of just, making a bunch of icons for other people to maybe use. Mainly OMORI right now cause that's what I'm currently thinking of.
I kinda wanna be fancy about it though? We've seen some people use fancy boxing for icons to be in (example here), we don't know where to look for example code of that cause google hasn't helped us the best when it comes to Dreamwidth content. If anybody can tell us how to use such boxing or give other icon making advice; we'd appreciate it.
